The Property
This decadent 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has 1,874 square feet in 2 stories with luscious outdoor spaces and backs up to a resort style heated pool with hot tub.
Master Bedroom: enjoy tranquility in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent master bath with his/her vanities. Slowly sip your morning coffee on the plush relaxation chairs on the 2nd story private master lanai.
Upstairs Bedroom: spacious bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. Inviting Queen bed is a perfect escape for the afternoon nap.
Downstairs Bedroom: exclusive bedroom with adjacent bathroom. This room has a gorgeous Queen bedroom set to present functional luxury at its finest.
Bonus Room: on the second level, this space is designed for a quiet getaway. A functional desk near large and light-filled windows means you can respond to those emails without missing the Hawaiian sunshine. Just promise that you won’t work too hard! High speed internet ensures you have the proper bandwidth to stay connected as you need. There is also a comfortable Queen-sized sleeper sofa for a casual nap (or the snorer in the group!).
Kitchen: new spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient.
Outdoor Living: lounge in total comfort on your covered ground-floor lanai, with lush landscaping just beyond and peaceful palms waving in the breeze. Use the nearby propane grill to grill the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market. The pool is 30 steps away (and can be reached with baby monitors!) making A4 the perfect location to quickly run back to refill your ice cold beverage.
Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated to 85 degrees year round) each with a large hot tub. The closest pool is 30 steps away – we’ve counted! 20 steps away is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.
Other: washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. High speed internet . Multiple TVs with ROKU. Snorkel gear. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bodyboard, surf board, beach toys, beach wagon.
Hilton Day Pass: Free to you! Bask in the Hawaiian sun while sipping your favorite beverage at the gorgeous Hilton lagoon. Your entire party gains free access to the Hilton property just because you booked with us (currently a $100 value per person per day). Discounts on pickleball & tennis courts, fitness center and more! After booking, request your dates to visit the Hilton.
Vehicle Rental: 8 passengers minivan available for guests to rent for additional charge. Clean, all-wheel drive, cold A/C, leather seats. Inquire through contact form if interested.
Grocery Delivery: Order through Instacart ahead of time! How nice will it be to get off the plane, drive to Waikoloa and enter your vacation rental with a fully stocked fridge and pantry? The answer is fantastic. Order bulky diapers ahead of time so you don’t have to pack them. Have your favorite beverage already in the fridge and ready to drink as soon as you enter the unit. The Waikoloa Area
Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit A4 is a vacation rental located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s famous Kohala Coast – a mere 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Our property is conveniently located across the street from Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops – a 4 minute walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. Anaeho’omalu Beach (A-Bay) is a 3 minute drive (or 10-15 minute walk if you prefer) and is home to the Lava Lava Beach Club for fabulous beachside dining.
Enjoy all the fantastic adventures the Big Island has to offer! Relax on our world class beaches like Hapuna and Mauna Kea, visit one of the world’s only active volcanoes at Volcanoes National Park, interact with sea life at the Octopus and Seahorse tours, enjoy a Kona coffee tour, and attend a traditional luau. We are happy to create a visitation plan for you of all the best spots – we love to share our island!
Are you a golfer? World class courses back up to the unit and are within 15 minutes drive. The Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course backs up to the unit (our unit is on Hole 3 of the Lakes Course). The Mauna Kea golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. is a first rate facility, is co-located with the Hapuna Course and both are 15 minutes away. Right-Handed golf clubs are included in the unit rental at no additional cost.
About Us.
We took a vacation to the Big Island intending to stay for 4 days and ended up staying for 40. During that process we purchased the first of our Hawaiian homes and we want to share the islands of Hawaii with you. For maximum flexibility, we prefer to book direct as opposed to using sites like VRBO and Airbnb – we have found this to be preferred by our guests as well.
