This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 1,103 square feet with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to a relaxing pool with hot tub.
Master Bedroom: enjoy serenity in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent en-suite master bath with his/her vanities.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed under twin bunk provides maximum flexibility for sleeping in this spacious bedroom. Adjacent bathroom is perfect to maintain privacy in this bedroom nook.
Kitchen: spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. Separate wine fridge to chill your adult beverages. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient. Start your morning with a coffee from a full pot, blend your mid-day smoothie before decanting your favorite wine for dinner. Lots of appliances to make your gourmet meals in paradise.
Outdoor Living: eat meals outside on the lanai table while relaxing in your private oasis. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely. Outdoor propane grill to sear the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market.
Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated to 85 degrees year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is only 30 steps away – we’ve counted! A short 2 minute walk is the fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.
Other: BOB stroller, washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. Comfortable queen sofa bed located in living room for flexible sleeping arrangements. High speed internet. ROKU TV in each bedroom so you can quickly log into your own subscriptions (automatically logs out after your stay based on your dates). Pack ‘n Play. Grocery Delivery: Order through Instacart ahead of time! How nice will it be to get off the plane, drive to Waikoloa and enter your vacation rental with a fully stocked fridge and pantry? The answer is fantastic. Order bulky diapers ahead of time so you don’t have to pack them. Have your favorite beverage already in the fridge and ready to drink as soon as you enter the unit. The Waikoloa Area
Waikoloa Beach Villas is a vacation rental complex located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s famous Kohala Coast – a mere 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Our property is conveniently located across the street from Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops – a 4 minute walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. Anaeho’omalu Beach (A-Bay) is a 3 minute drive (or 10-15 minute walk if you prefer) and is home to the Lava Lava Beach Club for fabulous beachside dining.
Enjoy all the fantastic adventures the Big Island has to offer! Relax on our world class beaches like Hapuna and Mauna Kea, visit one of the world’s only active volcanoes at Volcanoes National Park, interact with sea life at the Seahorse tour, enjoy a Kona coffee tour, and attend a traditional luau. We are happy to create a visitation plan for you of all the best spots – we love to share our island!
Are you a golfer? World class courses back up to the unit and are within 15 minutes drive. The Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course backs up to the unit (our unit is on Hole 3 of the Lakes Course). The Mauna Kea golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. is a first rate facility, is co-located with the Hapuna Course and both are 15 minutes away.
About Us.
We took a vacation to the Big Island intending to stay for 4 days and ended up staying for 40. During that process we purchased the first of our Hawaiian homes and we want to share the islands of Hawaii with you. For maximum flexibility, we prefer to book direct as opposed to using sites like VRBO and Airbnb – we have found this to be preferred by our guests as well.
