The Property
This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has 1,725 square feet in 2 stories with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to Hole 3 of the prestigious Lakes Golf Course.
Primary Bedroom: having a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath with his/her vanities and a powder counter, this suite is the perfect way to invite the day’s activities. The private lanai off the bedroom overlooks the peaceful Lakes Golf Course and is a wonderful location to watch the colorful sunsets.
Upstairs Bedroom: bedroom retreat with ensuite bathroom. The two twin beds are ideal for kids to have their dedicated space.
Downstairs Bedroom: private bedroom with adjacent bathroom. This room has a queen bed and is a perfect place to unwind for the grandparents or second adult couple. ADA accessible.
Bonus Room: this second level space has a comfortable couch which is perfect for that afternoon nap or an area for the kids to play in the cold A/C.
Kitchen: spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. 30 bottle wine fridge. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient.
Outdoor Living: whether you’re lounging on the oversized plush outdoor couch or eating dinner at the nearby lanai table, the views of the sunset and of the golf course will melt away any stressors. Come enjoy this pristine setting on your relaxing vacation.
Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated to 85 degrees year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is 100 steps away – we’ve counted! Also 100 steps away is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.

Grocery Delivery: Order through Instacart ahead of time! How nice will it be to get off the plane, drive to Waikoloa and enter your vacation rental with a fully stocked fridge and pantry? The answer is fantastic. Order bulky diapers ahead of time so you don’t have to pack them. Have your favorite beverage already in the fridge and ready to drink as soon as you enter the unit. The Waikoloa Area
Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit N1 is a vacation rental located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s famous Kohala Coast – a mere 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Our property is conveniently located across the street from Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops – a 4 minute walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. Anaeho’omalu Beach (A-Bay) is a 3 minute drive (or 10-15 minute walk if you prefer) and is home to the Lava Lava Beach Club for fabulous beachside dining.
Enjoy all the fantastic adventures the Big Island has to offer! Relax on our world class beaches like Hapuna and Mauna Kea, visit one of the world’s only active volcanoes at Volcanoes National Park, interact with sea life at the Octopus and Seahorse tours, enjoy a Kona coffee tour, and attend a traditional luau. We are happy to create a visitation plan for you of all the best spots – we love to share our island!
Are you a golfer? World class courses back up to the unit and are within 15 minutes drive. The Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course backs up to the unit (our unit is on Hole 3 of the Lakes Course). The Mauna Kea golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. is a first rate facility, is co-located with the Hapuna Course and both are 15 minutes away.
About Us.
We took a vacation to the Big Island intending to stay for 4 days and ended up staying for 40. During that process we purchased the first of our Hawaiian homes and we want to share the islands of Hawaii with you. For maximum flexibility, we prefer to book direct as opposed to using sites like VRBO and Airbnb – we have found this to be preferred by our guests as well.
